// RENTAL CONDITIONS

- A good credit score, references, and employment/salary verification are required within four (4) days following the acceptance of a promise to lease. A Trustii pre-rental screening, at the tenant's expense, will be required. If the application is accepted, these fees will be deducted from the first month's rent. Proof of funds, a work/study permit, or the involvement of a guarantor may also be requested, if applicable;
- Non-smoking: vaping, cigarettes, cannabis, and the cultivation of cannabis are prohibited throughout the property;
- No pets;
- Before occupancy, the tenant must provide the landlord with proof of civil liability insurance with minimum coverage of $2 million, as well as updated proof each time the policy is renewed;
- Upon departure, the tenant agrees to return the dwelling in the same condition and state of cleanliness as at the time of occupancy;
- It is strictly prohibited to sublet the dwelling for short-term rental purposes, including Airbnb;
- The tenant may not paint the walls, install wallpaper, or apply wall coverings. No permanent fixtures may be installed on the walls or doors;
- For security reasons, the tenant must notify the landlord of any absence lasting more than one week;
-The tenant must comply with the building rules that will be provided.
