10.1.8 - The tenant agrees to voluntarily return a security deposit of one (1). This will be returned at the end of the lease after inspection of the premises (when the lessor collects the keys), if no damage has been found to the unit or to the furniture and appliances, except for normal wear and tear;

10.1.9 - The tenant agrees to return the accommodation upon departure in the same state of cleanliness as
when taking possession, otherwise the lessor may use the security deposit or part of it to use a professional cleaning service;
