10.1.5 - The tenant agrees to comply with all building regulations;
10.1.6 - It is strictly prohibited to sublet this apartment for short-term rental purposes (Airbnb, etc.);
10.1.7 - The tenant agrees to voluntarily provide a security deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent for the appliances. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease after an inspection of the premises (when the landlord retrieves the keys), provided no damage is found to the unit, furniture, or appliances, except for normal wear and tear;
10.1.8 - The tenant agrees to return the unit in the same state of cleanliness as when it was initially occupied. Otherwise, the landlord may use the security deposit, or part of it, to hire professional cleaning services.
