10.1.6 - The tenant agrees to pay moving expenses to the building manager (if applicable);
10.1.7 - Upon signing the lease, the tenant agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $250 at the end of the lease;
10.1.8 - Security deposit of one (1) month for appliances. This will be returned at the end of the lease (when the landlord collects the keys).
