THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUR RENTAL PROMISE:

*Good credit score, references and employment/salary verification are required within four (4) days of accepting a promise to lease;

*Non-smoker, no cannabis;

*No animals;

*The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of liability insurance (minimum 2M) before occupancy;

*The tenant agrees to comply with all building regulations;

*The tenant agrees to pay at the signing of the lease an amount of $ 150
for cleaning fees at the end of the lease.

*One (1) month security deposit for furniture and appliances. This will be given when the landlord collects the keys;

*It is strictly forbidden to rent this condo for short-term rental purposes (Airbnb, etc.).




INCLUSIONS
All appliances, Murphy bed, storage space in the basement + closed bike space. It was also planned to install blinds or curtains on the apartment's window/door leading to the terrace. The current tenant had not shown interest, but this would be done with the new tenant.

Electricity, internet, parking space
