10.1.6 - The tenant agrees to pay an amount of $175 at the signing of the lease for cleaning costs
at the end of the rental;
10.1.7 - It is strictly forbidden to rent this apartment as a short-term rental (Airbnb, etc.).
10.1.8 - This contract is irrevocable.
10.1.9 - The trust deposit could be used to pay either the broker's compensation or a deposit
required by the lessor client.
