6-The tenant agrees to comply with all building regulations.
7-The tenant agrees to pay any applicable moving fees to the building management.

8-The tenant voluntarily agrees to provide a security deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease after an inspection of the premises (when the landlord retrieves the keys), provided no damage has been found to the unit, furniture, or appliances, except for normal wear and tear.
9-The tenant agrees to return the unit in the same state of cleanliness as when they took possession. Otherwise, the landlord may use part or all of the security deposit to hire a professional cleaning service.
