10.1.2 - Non-smoker (this includes the consumption as well as the cultivation of cannabis which is prohibited);
10.1.3 - No animals (small, medium or nice, that's no);
10.1.4- The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of civil liability insurance of
minimum $2 million before occupancy;
10.1.5 - The tenant undertakes to respect all the regulations of the building;
10.1.6 - The tenant undertakes to pay moving costs to the building manager (if
applicable);
10.1.7 - It is strictly prohibited to rent this apartment for rental purposes.

10.1.9 - The tenant agrees to voluntarily submit a one (1) month security deposit for
household appliances. This will be returned at the end of the lease after inspection of the premises (when the landlord will collect the keys), if no damage has been noted to the unit or furniture/appliances, except normal wear and tear;
10.1.10 - The tenant undertakes to return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness upon departure only when taking possession, otherwise the landlord will be able to use the security deposit or a part of the latter to use a professional cleaning service
