*Non-smoker (this includes the consumption or cultivation of cannabis, which is prohibited);

*No animals;

*The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of civil liability insurance for at least $2 million before occupancy;

*One (1) month security deposit for appliances and furniture. This will be returned at the end of the lease (when the landlord collects the keys).

*The tenant agrees to pay an amount of $150 at the signing of the lease for cleaning costs at the end of the rental;

*It is strictly forbidden to rent this apartment as a short-term rental (Airbnb, etc.).
