- The tenant voluntarily agrees to provide a security deposit of one (1) month's rent. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, after an inspection of the premises (upon key return), provided that no damages have been found to the unit, furniture, or appliances, except for normal wear and tear.
- The tenant agrees to return the unit in the same level of cleanliness as at the time of move-in. If not, the landlord reserves the right to use the security deposit or a portion of it to hire a professional cleaning service.
- No BBQs are allowed.
- Balcony snow removal is the tenant's responsibility.
