*The tenant agrees to comply with all building regulations;

*The tenant agrees to pay the moving fees to the building manager (if applicable);

*It is strictly forbidden to rent this condo/apartment for short-term rental purposes (Airbnb, etc.);

*The tenant agrees to voluntarily provide a security deposit of one (1) month for the furniture and appliances. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease after an inspection of the premises (when the landlord recovers the keys), provided that no damage is found to the unit, furniture, or appliances, except for normal wear and tear;

*The tenant agrees to return the unit in the same level of cleanliness as when they took possession, otherwise, the landlord may use the security deposit or part of it to hire a professional cleaning service;
