Meet Jean Philippe Grondin, Surveyor
What is a certificate of location?
A document containing a report and a plan, in which the land surveyor expresses his opinion on the current situation and condition of a property in relation to the property titles, the cadastre, as well as the laws and regulations that may affect it. It may not be used for purposes other than those for which it is intended. It is the "state of health" of a building before investing savings and a document that complements property titles.
